The L110 Combat IV ballistic helmet ATE Protection from the FAST series at ACH weight offers rifle bullet protection from M80 NATO Ball round, V0 at 2200 fps. To add to its high ballistic protection, it provides a V50 for 17-grain FSP ≥ 3281 ft/sec (1000 m/sec). Manufactured with Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene material (UHMWPE) it is designed for wearers who may encounter high-threat situations. It is designed to integrate with communications, gas masks, & goggles seamlessly. Included standard is the D3O Trust Stealth suspension system.

Unidirectional Aramid Kevlar core; 7.2mm +-0.2mm.
High Cut helmet style for communications headsets and ear protection.

NIJ LEVEL TEST RESULTS
All helmets are tested to NIJ standards. And because we take your protection seriously, we do our own testing too. Every helmet from every batch is hand-inspected for quality, and a random helmet is selected for field testing. If we wouldn't trust it, we won't sell it.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Credit cards/Debit Cards.
3. How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL-secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
4. Are there any exchange rates?
All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
5. How do I set my shipping address?
Since our website and service are based in English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use similar English ones instead. For example, you may change the letter "?" to "c".
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.
7. How much is shipping?
Tacticalpow.com offers Standard Free Shipping and Free Taxes, and if you want to use expedited shipping, it will cost $15, which will be up to the customers.
8. How long does the shipping will take?
We work with well-known delivery companies such as UPS, DHL, USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc. Products will be shipped from the nearest warehouse according to the customer's shipping address.
9. I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
We have a large assortment of products that are not stocked in the same holding facilities when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next, but your other parcels are on their way.
10. Why does my refund take so long to be returned to me?
We do not receive your funds immediately. While a credit card may be cleared and the purchase goes through, it can actually take several hours to several days for your card to be cleared and for the funds to go through. Likewise, when a refund is issued we merely send the request to your financial institution. How long it takes for your bank to reinstate the funds back into your account depends on your bank specifically, as well as their business hours.
11. Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email wrong. Throughout the process, we send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
12. How long is your warranty good for?
Any parcels that arrive at you in a broken condition are either refunded to you (once photo evidence is provided), or we will send you a replacement package immediately. If a product does not arrive at your location within 6 weeks, we will also offer you a full refund for your order. Other warranties are specific to the product ordered and will be included in the product description.
13. Do you have a 30-day guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 30-day guarantee and we will try our best to let every customer be 100% satisfied.

15. How Do I Cancel An Order?
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
16. What Is Your Return Policy?
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you in reviewing the case if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Our store reserves the right to deny any return request.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

We offer free shipping and duty-free service across the board, and our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
Delivery Preparation
Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) typically takes 1-3 business days and is not included in the overall "shipping time".
You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped, which will include a unique tracking number for your parcel. You can check the status of your order by logging into your "My Account" and clicking on "My Order" to review the status and obtain the tracking number.

Shipping Times
We will deliver the product to you within 5-8 business days, but delays may occur during peak periods or due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters.

Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the product(s). Refunds will be made by the same method you used to pay.
CANCELLATION
We allow customers to cancel orders before products are shipped. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
However, if the product has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order for you.
RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
All items must be returned in their original selling condition, without having been worn, washed, or altered, and with all their tags still attached.

Return/Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as the original delivery.
We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US.
Customized items cannot be returned.
The return/exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
We reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER?
Step 1: Please contact our Customer service team to start the return process with the following information:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the faulty product
Step 2: After contacting customer service to obtain the return address, please pack the product and spare parts, and contact the courier company to pick up the item.
Step 3: Turn the package over to the courier, after the courier has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely.
Step 4:After the courier picks up the package, please take a photo of the return tracking number and email it to support@tacticalpow.com.
Refund
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and reviewed. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
If your refund is approved, your refund will automatically be returned to your credit card or original payment method, which usually takes 3-5 business days.
Exchange
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you by email. We will also notify you of approval or denial of the exchange.
If your exchange is approved, we will help you reissue the updated goods within 5 working days.
